Former Lady Jackets Felton Scores 16 In La Tech Loss, November 19, 2011



Golden Eagles Race Past Louisiana Tech, 92-71
TULSA, Okla. - Oral Roberts University outscored Louisiana Tech by 21 points in the second half to break open a close game and collect a 92-71 victory over the Lady Techsters Saturday at the Mabee Center.

Kevi Luper led the Golden Eagles (4-0) with 28 points on 11-for-17 shooting, but the Adair native got plenty of help from her ORU wing mates. Jordan Pyle came close to a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds, and a resurgent Bernadett Balla tallied 12 points, four rebounds and three blocked shots.

Jaci Bigham came off the bench to score 11 points for the Golden Eagles, who shot 53.5% from the floor.

Louisiana Tech’s top three scorers were all reserves. Angie Felton (Leesburg High School, Leesburg, FL) hit four-three-pointers and finished with 16 points, while Kiara Young and Jasmine Bendolph added ten points each. READ MORE CLICK BELOW
