BASKETBALL
Former Leesburg player Aubrey Murdock was named rookie of the week in the Skyline Conference.
Murdock,
who is a freshman shooting guard for the women's basketball team at the
U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, had 14 points in the Mariners' loss to
William Paterson University. She also had five rebounds, three assists
and three steals.
