Gibson's quotes on this season: This has the potential to be the best season since I've been here. Our goal is to eclipse the 18 wins we had a season ago. The upside of this team is that the talent is there. The challenge is that we have so many new pieces, me and my staff have to concentrate on player cohesion. If we play as a unit, and we will play hard, we should be successful. We will take it one game at a time, and try to make the best of every opportunity we are presented with.
