CC opens league play with TCC

The No. 8 Chipola Lady Indians open Panhandle Conference play Saturday at home against the struggling Tallahassee Lady Eagles.
Chipola brings a 15-2 record into the game, the second for the Lady Indians since returning from Christmas break.
Chipola defeated FCCJ Tuesday in Jacksonville, overcoming a sluggish start to take an 80-41 win.
Pearl Johnson (Leesburg High School, Leesburg Florida) and Latoya Williams led the Lady Indians with 13 and 12 points.
